Shipping and Return Policy
1. Right of withdrawal
According to the E-commerce Act, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you want to use your right of withdrawal, you should return it no later than two weeks from the day you received the delivery using the return slip that was sent with your delivery (for customers in Sweden). The product needs to be in new condition so that it can be resold. This means that the packaging and labels need to be in good condition for us to be able to handle the return and that the shoes to be returned must not be tested outdoors.
When the package reaches us, we will refund the return to you and you will then receive an email that the return has been paid. If the return is definitive, ie not followed by a new order with the same email address, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
2. Refund
As soon as we have received your return and checked that everything is in good condition, we will process your refund. Bärfooties uses Shopify Payments as its payment system, and according to Shopify, it can take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to be received due to different processing times at the customer's bank.
3. Shipping and returns
Bärfooties offers shipping to countries within the EU and Norway. Delivery should be within 4 days of receiving your order provided there are no delays caused by the shipping provider.
. Sweden
We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 899. For purchases up to SEK 899, a shipping cost of SEK 49 is added.
For returns, Bärfooties will provide the return slip. If the return is definitive, ie not followed by a new order with the same email address, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
. Other EU countries and Norway
We offer free shipping on purchases over SEK 999. For purchases up to SEK 999, a shipping cost of SEK 69 is added.
For returns, please contact us at info@barfooties.se so that we can help you with the return process. If the return is definitive, ie not followed by a new order with the same email address, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Please use the original packaging to protect the product during return transport. We do not take responsibility for any damage that occurs during the return.
4. Incorrect size of shoes
If the reason for your return is that the shoes do not fit in size, we will be happy to help exchange them for another size, provided it is in stock.
In that case, you enter the online store and place a new order. For new orders, the usual shipping policy applies (see chapter 3) and Bärfooties is responsible for the return. Please contact us via info@barfooties.se so that we can ensure that you are not charged for the return.

5. Uncollected orders
Bärfooties reserves the right to charge the costs for handling that arise in the case of unclaimed packages. For that reason, a fee of SEK 299 is deducted for orders that are not picked up. If you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return it as described above. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal. Bärfooties is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect delivery information provided at the time of purchase.
6. Complaints about defective goods
All deliveries are quality assured by Bärfooties before we send them out to our customers. Nevertheless, if you receive a delivery that you believe has an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@barfooties.se. Bärfooties follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's guidelines regarding complaints.
